JewelCraft is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@jewelcraft.biz with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. JewelCraft does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Shipping
Orders are generally filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. For orders to US locations, we generally ship via UPS. If you prefer a different method, please let us know in the special instructions section of your order, or email us at sales@jewelcraft.biz with your request. We will do our best to accomodate you.
Orders to addresses outside the US will be sent via Priority Post, and will be insured for the full value at an additional cost to the buyer.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Returns
Unopened and uncut items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original order date. Any items returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Cut or special ordered items cannot be returned.
We will waive the re-stocking fee if you exchange for products of equal or greater value. Shipping charges will apply to the exchange. Cut or special ordered items are not eligible for a refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Items should be returned in an insured padded envelope to: JewelCraft, 232 South Van Brunt Street, Englewood, New Jersey 07631. Please include your original order number and instructions, and a copy of your packing slip.
