How are products delivered to me?
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Please let us know if you want your order shipped via a premium service (next day, two day, etc.) at an additional charge.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Unopened and uncut items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original order date. Any items returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Cut or special ordered items cannot be returned.
We will waive the re-stocking fee if you exchange for products of equal or greater value. Shipping charges will apply to the exchange. Cut or special ordered items are not eligible for a refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Items should be returned in an insured padded envelope to: JewelCraft, 232 South Van Brunt Street, Englewood, New Jersey 07631. Please include your original order number and instructions, and a copy of your packing slip.
